Professional Tile Contractor — Is it Worth It?
Professional tile installation involves much more than placing tile on a surface. The condition of the substrate, layout, spacing, cuts, transitions, and installation materials all influence how the finished surface looks and performs. Proper installation can help reduce issues such as uneven tiles, cracked grout, poor alignment, or premature movement.
| Benefit | What It Means for You |
|---|---|
| Proper Surface Preparation | The installation surface is checked and prepared before tile is placed, helping create a stable foundation. |
| Clean Layout & Alignment | Careful planning helps maintain consistent lines, spacing, and visual balance throughout the room. |
| Precision Cutting | Professional cuts around walls, corners, fixtures, and transitions create a cleaner finished appearance. |
| Long-Term Performance | Correct installation methods help tile withstand everyday household traffic and regular use. |
Professional installation is especially important when tile is being installed over concrete slabs, in wet areas, or across spaces where uneven surfaces can affect the finished result. Floorizon evaluates the project before installation and focuses on the details beneath the tile as carefully as the visible surface itself.

Something that makes us different is dustless tile removal. We were the first company in Southern California to start offering dustless tile removal services for residential homes. We are always focused on customer satisfaction. you can always teach people to demo and install floors, but you can’t teach good customer service & core values.
Simple yet important fundamentals we provide that other companies lack:
-

-
Showing up on time
-
Professional and correct equipment to do each job
-
We always make sure job site is clean at the end of every day
-
Responsible for customers’ belongings
-
Avoid mistakes/headaches
-
Complete the work in the most professional way
These may seem like simple tasks, but we’ve heard numerous stories from clients who had to fire contractors because they couldn’t handle even these basic responsibilities. Not Us!

What surrounding familys are saying about our family
I had master bathroom tile, 2 rooms of carpet, and an enormous 1980s type corner bathtub removed. Brian and his crew did an excellent job and left the house spotless. They were easy to work with, and very respectful of me and my home. I couldn’t be more pleased.
Brian and Fred both are very professional. Fred did a great job on installing ceramic tiles in our bedroom, closet and bathroom. We are very happy.
Alex, Brian and their team did an amazing job on my floor renovation! They are extremely professional and have a great team working for them. They were very clean and just like they said, very little dust! Alex kept me updated daily on the progress and their team was professional and courteous.
Awesome experience with this company! Work ethic top notch. This company takes pride in their work and that is evident in the quality of the work they do. Highly recommend.
Brian and his team were great! Communication was top notch, from estimating to job completion. The team left our home super clean when done. I would recommend Floorizon flooring/ Dustless tile removal to anyone.
Alex and Brian did a great job. Competitive pricing, perfect installation and quality work. Floor removal and installation took only 3 days. Highly recommend this company. It’s the second time I hired them and they did an amazing job both times.
Dustless Tile Removal is outstanding, 5+ stars. Brian was superior on every level, and Carlos, the service technician, did impeccable work. You know how some businesses state “No job too big or too small,” but when you you call with a small job, they ignore you? Not Brian. He treated us like we were gold-star customers even though we only had a small job request.
Our floors, fireplace and stair runner look beautiful! All of their staff are hard working and experts (perfectionists) at their jobs. We definitely will use them again and will give their name and number to friends and family who want the same glowing results we got.
